Booking
For your reassurance, your holiday
booking is being made directly with your chosen holiday park, we are merely
acting as agents. The booking will be confirmed by email and a confirmation with full travel
instructions, park postcode and reception telephone number will sent sent to you
by the holiday park operator. Booking amendments
may be possible in certain circumstances and should be made by email to bookings@bargainholidayshop.com.
A charge of £15.00 will be made for each amendment.
Holiday Payment
The cost of the holiday must be
paid in full at the point of booking and there will be no refund in the
event of cancellation unless such cancellation is made within 48 hours
of booking. THIS BOOKING DOES NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAY CANCELLATION INSURANCE
- IT IS STRONGLY ADVISED THAT YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR HOLIDAY CANCELLATION
PLAN.
Cancellation Plan
The cost of this plan is calculated
at just 5% of the total cost of the holiday - this protects you,
should you be forced to cancel prior to your holiday because of serious
injury, illness, death, jury service or redundancy (to yourself or any
member of your party). If this can be substantiated and has arisen since
you made the booking, then you will qualify for a total refund of the cost
of the holiday minus the cancellation charge fee and a £30 booking fee. The decision of bargainholidayshop.com
on all claims will be final. To qualify you must notify the park reception
immediately the circumstances arise. The cover is only valid if such qualifying
circumstances arise before you leave your home for your holiday and the plan only
covers those
persons named on the booking. Should you need to cancel you must contact the holiday park reception immediately.
Telephone cancellations must be confirmed by email to bookings@bargainholidayshop.com VAT
VAT is included at the current rate.
Financial Security
For your peace of mind all payments to Bargainholidayshop.com are made via a
secure server and all monies are immediately passed on to the Holiday Park
operator.
Credit/Debit Card Payments
There will be no charge made for
credit/debit card payment
Dogs and other pets
A limited number of pets are allowed
in certain accommodation at a charge of £5 per pet per night.
Dogs and pets will not be admitted onto the parks unless advised and paid
for in advance. Strict rules apply to dogs which must be supervised &
kept on a lead at all times. Proof of payment will be required.
High chairs & cots (with
mattress)
These can be provided at £10
each per week (£5 per short break). Bedding not supplied.
Sorry
The parks do not accept all male or all
female parties under 25 years of age (this does not apply to couples).
Arrivals and departures
All accommodation will be available
from from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the
day of departure. Should you wish to arrive after 10.30pm, special arrangements
must be made with the park manager.
Data Protection Act
We may allow reputable companies
to write to you with offers which may be of interest. If you would prefer
not to hear from them please advise us.
General
It is an express condition of booking
that we cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, or damage to
property nor non-availability of accommodation or amenities due to circumstances
beyond our control. It is an express condition of booking that we will
not be held responsible for any planned facility not being available through
circumstances beyond our control. In the interest of safety it might become
necessary to limit the opening times of our swimming pools. We do not employ
life guards, children and non swimmers must be accompanied by an adult
at all times.
Should any guest cause problems or
inconvenience to other guests or staff, the park management reserve the
right to ask them to leave the Park without refund.
Wheelchairs and Disability
Not all accommodation offered is
suitable for the disabled. If you or a member of your party has any form
of disability, please inform us by emailing admin@bargainholidayshop.com
and we will request that a specialist advisor
from the holiday park operator contact you and assist with your booking.
